One thing I pride myself on doing is being a testimonial to the academic education that I have acquired in the areas of health and fitness. As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I often have to spend a lot of time with new clients debunking the bad dieting fads and myths that society so frequently promote as truth. Carbs AREN'T evil. You CAN eat after 8pm. Body wraps DON'T accelerate the loss of belly fat. "Cleanses" HAVEN'T been scientifically proven to cleanse anything. Many people, desperate for positive change, fall prey to these inaccurate fads, creating for themselves unnecessarily difficult diets that only increase their likelihood of giving up or regressing backwards over time. The effective strategies I teach, I personally follow as well. I love bread. I eat at any time my body communicates hunger. I allow myself indulgences (ex. pizza, ice cream, doughnuts, candy) in portion-controlled, reward-based rations. You DO NOT have to starve yourself. Effective dieting DOES NOT have to be as tough as many people erroneously make it. Allow me to personalize your diet structure in a way that both compliments your taste and preferences, and also increases the ease of long term manageability and commitment. Lets do this together!!
